The only thing Ubisoft could probably do is hit them with a DMCA or give out a cease-and-desist order and highlight that they're still releasing "classified" information that isn't supposed to be disclosed to the public, possibly.
The other thing is not everyone watching this sub has a Reddit account possibly so how would you track them and hold them accountable for pushing leaks, that they got from a single individual who broke the NDA? The only person held liable is the signer of the NDA at that point, not the people who didn't sign the NDA and widely disseminate information. With a contract, you have to get it in writing that Redditors have consented to being held liable for a breach of contract if they disseminate information about a game they may not even have access to without legal authorization from Ubisoft. Yeah, I am not sure a blanket NDA is possible because NDAs are essentially contracts.
